Yeah we just had QA play around with this and we didn't get the results we wanted. We've reverted that change and are now increasing the Opponent League level bonuses. (Original post updated again.)

Nice Change. This means a little push for destroyed Babies and a erf for sandbaging dcr101 dungeons.

Let us Test this Change an Weekend! :D

Nano is dead already. Baby so good as. Go on with all the changes and in a month maybe 2 months, you won't have enough guilds to fill even one bracket. DK will be dead.

Hope changes are an improvement and don't turn the game right back around so that a group of 5 baby killers can score 5 times as many points as 40 players who are not deliberately manipulating the scoring system. -.-

The term "baby killer" is vague to the point of meaninglessness and should always be avoided. Are you referring to:
A player who prefers killing baby dungeons?
A player who uses a baby dungeon and plays so much as to be called a killer?
A dungeon so built up that babies always die when attacking it?
Something else?

Lolll, to be honest I think he would mean by "baby killed the game" ;-)
Btw, new star formula is nice, but need a last adjustment for reward high trophies ppl. If high DCR and low trophies, we will have many hugh dungeon sandbagged.

This formula will make 21 DCR babies acomplish 32 stars per raid, while making all dreads with less than 81 DCR, perform poorly at 100 stars average per raid (spending mana)

At same time 101 DCR will score less than previously

So babies will be back..

IMO Would be better to asign a number of stars based only on target DCR (which besides would solve sandbag) instead of all of that arbitrary mumbo jumbo.

It's not possible to solve both babies and sandbagging by bouncing back and forth between scoring for own vs. for opponent DCR.

High frecuency raiding of easy targets still is rewarded better than low frecuency raiding of difficult targets it encourages sandbag and abuses of noobs and spend all day watching a small screen, this time not with babies but with 101. And all is needed to end it is reward stars based only on target DCR and put the smaller star rewards down and bigger up.

Get rid of ALL mumbo jumbo formula

Asign a fixed number of stars for each OPONENT'S DCR POINT...103 different values, ignore everything else.

The higher the DCR ANYONE destroys the more stars earned (Somehow EXPONENTIALLY) Because a 100 DCR is a lot more difficult and expensive than 4 times 25DCR.

Ths DCR star Rewards, if seen on a chart we should see an increasing curve with a spike at the end

This solves sandbag, obviously because being exponencial star rewards == exponencial difficulty most of players would want to climb the food chain to get the biggest star rewards per raid or stay where they are confortable but most would NOT loose on purpose..

LOOSE ON PURPOSE IS AN ABERRATION only seen in DK

The last week's formula encouraged 101 to sandbag to 2000 tp, this one encourages 101 to sandbag to dread1. Because of the rewards given for beating a dread 2 do not compensate for the lot of extra mana required.

So many variables in a formula with arbitrary numbers that seems to disregard a those few important points
