Amazon not updating

Some of you might've noticed a sharp decrease in active players recently - sadly this is as a direct result of kindle players being unable to update.

I've tried talking to amazon to get the update sorted, but it's not looking like they've got a clue about what I was talking about (I told them about the update & they sent me instructions on doing a kindle system update...)

Hopefully some of the EA team will see this & give Amazon a swift kick to sort things out...

Update on this folks - DK mobile has now been removed from the Amazon store.

Not the solution I was hoping for, but still a fix of sorts - despite leaving every single player who bought gems out of pocket.

There goes to one of my guild's top raider :( I shan't expect to see him in action for my guild anymore :(

Likewise. Wish they would at least acknowledge and say whether there is even a plan to fix it.

I just got a Kindle today and when I launch the game (via google play) all I get is a new baby dungeon.

Is this why I am not getting into my dungeon that I can access on my S7?

Are both your devices registered to the same google account?

EDIT : As of this post, still unavailable in the amazon store...

Maybe DK Mobile was affected by Amazon's childrens in-app purchase refund case? Is the game still in the store at all? In Europe it isn't anymore available.
