Jumping between guilds during tournament

Jumping between guilds during tournament

Players shouldn't be able to leave or join a guild during a tournament.

This can easily be countered by the Guild Leaders putting their guild in "Private" mode so if anyone attempts to join the guild, the leader can approve or deny their request.

I believe, this isn't the intention of the question. It's the recruitment during tournament while aiming for top 3 or top 10 with your non changing guild head count.
