my tournament score is not being updated with new raids!!

Fighting tougher dungeons too. Just missed out on 4+k points including 1749 stars against a 24k trophy dungeon.

No rhyme or reason, no catch-up of scores. Tried logging out and logging in. Seemed to work once but then not the next two times.

The same problem!
I wanted to earn some gems during this tournament, but in the end it would be nice if i will recoup the costs. If i knew about this problem earlier, i would spend my time another way and save my gems and my nerves.

I have the same problem in current tournament. Also the game doesn't prevent screen from going off (this issues appeared weeks ago). So many updates and still so many bugs.

I have also noted the same issues. I see “Can’t Connect to Server” errors frequently when trying to log in. Often the tournament leaderboard screen won’t load and I too have had multiple wins not credited to our star count. The server connection errors started some time last week I think.

Thanks. Yes right now we think this may be related, but we're still looking into it. It's our current best lead on the problem but hopefully as we gather more information we'll get a better idea on where to look.

For everyone affected: I very much apologize for the having to deal with another technical mess on a weekend. Tomorrow I'll be activating a free 7-day DK Premium Boost for everyone, and once we have identified and resolved whatever is causing this issue I'll be looking into dispensing additional compensation.

I won't know exactly what that looks like until after we know what the problem is, so in the meantime I please ask for your patience.

I too had these problems this tournament. I usually make 4k stars each account (still young dungeons). this WE I made 500~800 stars. I gave up after the first day of grinding.
My primary account has the disconnect and difficulty reconnect issue.
But my secondary account never has this issue
